The Open Joint Stock Company “Turov Dairy Industrial Complex” is an Belarusian up-to-date highly technological enterprise for production of semi-hard and soft cheeses according to Italian technologies. The assortment of produced cheese includes soft mozzarella, semi-hard mozzarella for pizza, mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, ricotta, provola fresca and affumicata, provoletta, scamorza. The technological process employed for producing dairy products at “Turov Dairy Industrial Complex” is environmentally friendly. Production complies with the requirements and standard of the EU. The Company operates and implemented foodstuff safety management system and quality control system. The Company’s products are represented at the market under Bonfesto, CooKing and Cheese Fables trade marks. The Company is constantly working on development of the formulas and bringing new types of products to the markets. The company exports about 80% of produced products to 16 markets. But it constantly looks for new markets and new partners.
